APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS:

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. However, if for any reason we are unable to do so, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.

CANCELLATIONS:

In an effort to respect the time of our valued guests and our stylists, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS are subject to re-booking fees. We understand the sudden emergencies that require a last minute cancellation of your appointment. Therefore, we have developed a policy that is sensitive to our client's lives and enforce a policy based on not one but two late cancellations. In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). We also reserve the right to ask a client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

NO SHOWS:

More than one (1) NO SHOW/NO CALL will be handled in the same manor. We reserve the right to charge a No show/No call fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. ***Please call ahead if you are running late. Clients who arrive later than 10 minutes of their scheduled time may need to be rescheduled for a later time or a different day****
